SHIPPING POLICY

YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS SHOULD BE THE SAME.

PLEASE SHIP TO AN ACTUAL ADDRESS, WE DO NOT SHIP T0 P.O BOXES.

MAKE SURE YOU'RE ENTERING IN THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS THAT'S ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BANK CARD. IF YOU DON'T ENTER THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS YOUR CARD WON'T PROCESS THE PAYMENT.

1. PROCESS AND SHIPMENT TIME

Processing takes 1-2 Business days for your order to be shipped out for inventory items. PRE ORDERED OR CUSTOM ORDERS PROCESS TIME IS 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS. Processing Days occurs Monday-Friday excluding Holidays. (If you ordered on Friday after Noon your order will begin processing on the next business day which is Monday.) SHIPPING AND DELIVERY COST IS NON-REFUNDABLE. 

Express Shipping Orders are 2 to 3 Business Days. 

 

2. TRACKING NUMBER AND UPDATES

Your Tracking Number will be sent to your email that was provided during checkout. After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your orders please contact customer service at CUSTOMERSERVICE@717COLLECTIONS.COM or Text (769)-300-1952 with name and order number.

3. CHANGES TO ORDER
To insure an efficient delivery, Orders cannot be altered or changed once your payment is complete. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. (See Return Policy for more details)
